Good bye to the love shack..it 's been an experience!

​As I sit surrounded by boxes having my last breakfast, I reflect on what the love shack has taught me.

Firstly it has taught me that I don't need the heating on every evening, much to my husbands delight. I now understand the true meaning of "it's cold". Living without central heating or insulation is something I never want to go through again. but I Also know I am strong enough to get through it.

On the other hand I now know I need a house with a bath. Sounds simple but dear lord I'm a mermaid and I need that water in my life, without one I do become slightly grumpy & off balance. This is something I am no longer prepared to budge on.

 This leads me onto the special people in our lives. Those that have brought laughter, positive thoughts and even gas heaters into the shack. I am so truly grateful to you all for keeping us on track.

Finally the shack as taught me that as family we are stronger than ever and nothing, literally I mean nothing can break us.

So bring on the next chapter because we are more than ready..
