I've been where you are...

  I've been the women curled up on the floor crying because I'm empty and I have no more to give, yet we still have 3 hours until bedtime.

 I've been the women who kicks herself when her babies are tucked up at night because she doesn't feel like she's been anywhere near a "good mum" today.

 I've been the women that shouts so loud and sobs so hard I have to go to sleep to clear the headache and catch my breath. 

 I've been the women that lost herself the day she gave birth, and as her kids got older realized she isn't who she used to be. 

I've been the women pushing to build a business whilst raising her babies.
I've been the women up until midnight crafting to make extra cash for Christmas.
I've been the women washing her clothes in the bath because the washer is broke.
I've been the women that hides away through fear of appearing weak or a failure.
I've been the women wanting to be a success so my Dad will be proud of me. 

  Now I'm the women who understands it's OK to ask for help, because she knows it takes a village. 
 Now I'm a women who knows there is no such thing as perfect parenting. ("Give them the bloody sweets god damn it, just so I can drink my coffee in peace!")
 Now I'm the women who hon ours her feelings and intuition beyond anything else. It will never do me wrong.
Now I fill my cup and share only the over flow from the saucer. 

Now I'm the women encouraging other women to do the same. Because I've been there. I've been to rock bottom, and then further below again. But slowly we rise. Together.

Seek help, talk about how you feel, support each other because being a Goddess rocks!! 

But above all trust yourself & be yourself. There is only one you doing things the way you do. That is your gift to the world.
