THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS FOUND IN DEEP CONVERSATION..

​Two Years I wasn’t an open book. I worked behind brand, I didn’t do deep conversation in fact I’d avoid it like a child running from a wasp! 

People around me didn’t even comprehend that I could be broken. 

And you know what that was my fault. For years I was the fixer. For years I was the high vibe girl that others would turn to. They would share their problems and together we would fix them. 

So much so that my inner circle didn’t really know me.

I would be doing 20 other things whilst supporting another on their journey. 

Over the years I decided to slow down. To have deep conversations with people. Sometimes it’s fun and we totally get into the vortex, other times it’s serious and we all cry. 

Now we totally rock this heartfelt deep conversations on so many levels, I wonder how I ever managed without it. 

My reminder for this cold, wet & especially early Sunday is you must Communicate. I believe at least 80% of our problems come from lack of communication. 

Not asking for help, 
Not explaining how we feel,
Not telling people they have hurt us,
Not sharing how much we love something with another. 

The Question for today is Who do you need to communicate more with?
