MONTHLY mixtape EMAILS FROM MY HEART TO YOURS?! 

Incase you weren't aware I am spending less and less time on the socail media wheel at the moment. Will I return with more consistency? Possibly not. Will I continue to share memes and current updates in my stories? Always. But here's the thing...

Social Media isn't always fun and my energy is better severed with my family, working on the land and sessions with clients! However I REALLY want to be connecting with you all on a regular basis, because lets face it we have been through so much together already.
  So here is the plan...one email once a month with all the good things. I'm guna send you all the content links, all the downloads for you to read and integrate in your own sweet time.

This is a super way for me to share with you all the things that whizz round in my head late at night and of course the plans for the future.There will be monthly meditations or symbols and channeings, plus all the links that are not to be missed. I had a total hoot designing the layout for this connection and felt its the perfect way to allow my fullest self to share with you outside of all the 'shop talk' and branding. Consider 'Mixtape' our deep rooted monthly connection from my heart to yours.

REFLECTION: I've always written upon reflection and moving forward that isn't going to change. Each month I share with you what I'm working on personally with the intention that together we can both grow and evovle.  It might get messy but we are all here to learn.

GUIDANCE: Monthly we will be focusing on the healing and expansion of the collective. This may be a small ritual, meditation, channeling or guidance in another form. I'm leaving this to my guides to show me what we collectively need at the time.
