 As most of you know over the years I've become quite the expert at letting go.
Relationships that no longer bring me joy....see ya! Places that give me bad vibes....no Conversations that don't resonate...I'll just sit that one out. Social events that don't excite me...I'll give it a miss. Trying to fix everything for everyone..not anymore. It sounds simple doesn't it.... How often do you find yourself doing things to please others? How many times do you replay the past over and over? Do you go out and wish you'd rewarded yourself with an early night and a Netflix binge instead? Number one conversation I've had with clients this week. What do you need to let go of? Here are a few that came up. Let go of the past Let go of Comparison Let go of Self Doubt Let go of what other people think Let go of the need for certainty Let go of negative self talk Let go of pleasing others Let go of anything that isn't working for you right now. It's the only way to free your hands to receive something new. Yes read that again, in fact let me rephrase it. To receive something new you must create space for it. This quite often means we need to let something go. For some of you well you might have to let go of the bank side, and tread water for awhile but that's part of the adventure.
