Join Us for a Journey into the Heart of Bodmin Moor - Step into the ancient landscape of Bodmin Moor for a unique and immersive full-day event, blending storytelling, drumming, and the mysteries of the moors. At Rhythms of the Land, we will explore the legendary Hurlers Stone Circles and the dramatic rock formations of Cheesewring, experiencing the rhythm of nature and the stories of the past like never before. |
What to Expect:
- Guided Exploration of the Hurlers Stone Circles and Cheesewring - Storytelling Sessions sharing the myths and legends of the moors - Drumming Circle to connect with the energy of the stones and land - Song and Music, echoing the rhythms of nature and the ancients - Mindful Meditation to ground yourself in the stunning natural surroundings and connecting with your personal land stewards and guides. This small-group experience is designed to help you reconnect with nature and tap into the ancient rhythms of the land and to strengthen your connection to the elements, to spirit and sacred spaces. With no more than 10 participants, we will get to a personal and intimate experience as we journey together through this magical landscape. This small gathering is for anyone who wants to explore their connection to the land a little more deeply. Perhaps you have visited this space before and want to know its story, or maybe it's been calling for a while and you didn't know where to start. We will journey together, drum together and sing to the land, whilst also allowing time for us each to straighten our connection to the land beneath our feet.

Meeting Point: Hurlers car park at 9:45am
What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, and an open mind! Snacks and lunch (although there is a gorgeous tea room and shop less than five minutes walk from the site.
Fitness Level: Moderate (with some rocky terrain) There will be lots of time to rest in-between and sit in circle.
